"Everything was outstanding. The hotel was being remodeled and our floor and room was excellent. The only comment would be that the directory sent you to end of the hall south for ice. Nothing was there so I assume it was part of the renovation. Ice was available down the hall from the lobby. Maybe cover up the sign till installation is complete. We will stay here again on next visit to Overland Park."
