"Can’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel, the staff was rude & obviously didn’t want to be there (Fanny especially), rooms had tons of little broken things, the tin was broken and had to be fixed, they apologized & offered a partial refund and never did, it’s just not a nice experience for the price."
