"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. "Hotel is a bit aged but well maintained. Signs of aging shows through carpets and bathrooms. The hotel uses eco-cleaning meaning they only come in to clean beds every 3 days. However, they did come in and change towels every day. Hotel offered free breakfast which has protein (eggs / fish), pastries, carb (rice, potato salad, etc), salads (cabbage shreds), and juice. It's not fancy but sufficient to get the day going. Check-in was self-help which was super efficient. I found all the questions I had prior to arriving got answered through their instructions. They've really worked out their customer journey SOPs. The hotel is 5 mins away from the north exit of the metro/JR stations. It has at least 4 convenient stores (lawson, family mart, 7-11) within in a 3 min walking radius. It's convenient. The only complain is that the wifi is very slow. It lagged when I tried to watch videos. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
