"The property was nice and clean. 1 hot tub was under repair at the time of our stay, this is during spring break. The only small restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch and is closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Probably wouldn’t go back to this resort. "

"Photos of the rooms were not accurate. No "kitchenette." Not even an electric kettle. Microwave was functional as was the refrigerator and little coffee maker. Just a little weird staying in a hotel that must host people full time that are displaced. Kinda cree3. Not a lot of cleaning going on throughout the building. "

"This hotel is on an excellent property but it’s getting run down. I stayed at BW in Port Alberni, Nanaimo and Torino and those hotels were great. The Kelowna hotel needs to be paid attention to and I believe investing in this property would be a great investment. "

"We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a suite for a small amount more. The room was very large but in pretty rough shape and in dire need of a good clean/maintenance. The check in process was quick and efficient with friendly staff but the room was not what we expected. "
