Breakfast was good and Hotel was clean, nice rooms. Only pain point is the parking, wish they had more underground parkings and some EV charging points in future under their amenities list. Nothing but positive things to say. This place was great. I parked in the lot behind the hotel, and ran in to check in (the front street is closed to vehicles in the summer time). Once I got my room key, I had access to the underground parking. Arrived at 4pm on a Monday and managed to get the second last spot. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location!

The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was quite good. The only difficulty I had was with parking — the lot was completely full, and it was really challenging to find a spot. Since it seems that most guests have cars, I think the property could benefit from additional parking spaces. Aside from the fact that the soundproofing wasn’t very strong and I could hear noise from the hallway and other guests, everything else was very satisfying. The location was excellent as well.

The hotel was walking distance to the boardwalk, beautiful park, and beach. There was a good vibe with lots of good restaurants. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, and nice towels. Enjoyed the full breakfast buffet before heading out. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I hope we will have a chance to stay at the Royal Anne Hotel again.
