"The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and seemed very new! The bed was the perfect firmness and softness. The water pressure in my suite was quite low but as soon as it was communicated via email (as they checked in), Ashkat called within 2 mins, and proposed that they check it out. They are very quick to address any concerns which I appreciated! I stayed two nights and the breakfast had scrambled eggs with bacon one day and with pork sausages the next. Other breakfast items included an assortment of bagels, fresh waffles, cereal bar, yogurt, fruits, etc. It was a nice spread. Parking is ample. I did notice though that Ashkat, the front desk, was usually alone in the evening hours and was managing multiple phone lines and a constant flow of people checking in. He was extremely apologetic, speedy and accurate and incredibly friendly. It would be nice to monitor peak times to ensure sufficient support for the employees. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. On the lake, nice and clean. Front desk was so accommodating with our wine tour schedule/ arrival. "

"Pool was warm but dirty, there were no facecloths, hallways were pretty dirty, NO CHAIRS IN THE BIG FAMILY SUITE, NO WHERE TO SIT!!! "

"The property was nice and clean. 1 hot tub was under repair at the time of our stay, this is during spring break. The only small restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch and is closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Probably wouldn’t go back to this resort. "

"We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a suite for a small amount more. The room was very large but in pretty rough shape and in dire need of a good clean/maintenance. The check in process was quick and efficient with friendly staff but the room was not what we expected. "

"The difference between 6 months ago till now is incredible, it’s so run down and so many sketchy people around. Was arriving back from my friends birthday party and there was an unmarked car and a guy with a hood on driving and he wound up stopping and he claimed he was security. The bed was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were way over stuffed. There was only one lady at the desk when I checked in and a guy arrived after me and tried to budge in front. I made sure to say that I was next. She didn’t see me prior. Maybe two people for check ins? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here next visit. Forgot to mention the noise alone from the surroundings is really loud. This place needs a major upgrade. "
