"Everything was excellent. The property is brand new. Right in the center next to the park.
My only recommendation is that if you speak a different language you will need they to adjust the settings on the TV’ s

They could not accommodate us in anyway to correct the situation. Other than that I would recommend this property."

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"Beliggenheten var perfekt, med gåavstand til det meste.
Rommet var stort, moderne og rent. Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få badekar, og fikk både badekar og balkong.
De ansatte var veldig hyggelige!
Hadde sauna for meg selv, som besto av to badstuer og en dusj. Jeg nevnte bare tidspunkt på kvelden, og de varmet den opp til meg.
Ved utsjekk fikk jeg sette igjen bagasjen i et låst rom, og hentet ut senere på dagen.
De ryddet også rommet mitt, selv om jeg hang opp lappen på ettermiddagen.
