It was so pleasure for us to stay and experience Japanese culture in the hotel. Very surprised with their friendlyness- so nice and kind. Driver Ken was the nicest person we've ever met. He made the day for us, and he also made the high ratings of this hotel. 정말 호텔에서 역까지 데리러 와주시고, 중간에 편의점 들리고싶다니 들려주시고, 또 그다음날 점심 식사 예약 및 장소까지 또 데려다주시고 (호텔 체크아웃 이후에도). 이 호텔의 서비스는 그 어떤 4스타 5스타 호텔보다 사람을 기쁘게 해주었습니다. 심지어 기사님 Ken의 친절함은 이루 말할수없이 저희여행 시작을 따뜻하게 했습니다. 감사합니다!

スタッフが良いですね

洋館で少し古さは感じますがきれいに掃除は行き届いていたと思います。温泉は貸切用と共用があり、大きくはありませんが充分温泉を楽しめました。食事はとても美味しくて妻は食べきれないほどだったので残してしまったのがとても申し訳なく感じています。そして何よりもスタッフの方の優しい感じがとても良かったです。

아주 좋아.

수없이 많이 출장을 다녔지만 이호텔에서 제공하는 아침은 매우 특별했으며 아주 좋았음. 각 방의 투숙객의 번호가 제공된 자리에 앉으면 알아서 식사를 제공해주며 음식 내용도 충실했음. 개인실에서의 온천 경험도 특별하고 좋았음. 종업원들의 친절함도 아주 좋았으며 다시 유후인에 오면 이곳을 재방문할 예정임.

肉料理がNGなので、抜いていただくようにお願いしたところ、ひとりであるにも関わらず、丁寧なそしておいしいお料理をお肉抜きで朝夕ともご準備いただき、とても感激しました。 お部屋に地下からの天然水をご準備いただいたのもよかったです。 温泉もよかったのです。

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel and the price is fair. Staff can speak English, the view is great, they offer private onsen for free (subject to availability), which not many hotels will offer. They also offer shuttle to travel between Yufuin station and hotel for free.

Best ever Japan hotel stay.

Excellent Fusion of Japanese Ryokan and Western style hotel. I live in Japan and stayed in Many Ryokan, but this was my favourite ever stay. An immense, high quality Kaiseki Ryouri ( Japanese ) dinner and breakfast, Large rooms with comfortable beds and easy access to private outdoor Onsen (baths). I never bother with reviews, but this is the exception as it was outstanding.
