"The hotel is conveniently situated near a grocery store which is really useful for stocking up on essentials for the rest of our trip. The hotel is just a short drive from the coast and was a great stopping off point on our journey to northern Maine. The breakfast area got quite busy and seems fairly small for a hotel of this size. Breakfast consisted of some scrambled egg, breakfast potatoes but both of these were cold so I sadly threw these away, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a small selection of cereals and some fruit. We did find during our trip that both of the Best Western hotels that we stayed at use disposable cutlery, plates and cups, this is presumably to save on labour costs, however the lack of recycling of these items was rather surprising, especially from a brand such as Best Western whom I think need to make improvments in this area."

"The only complaint or suggestion was the lack of elevators. Even the lift from the parking garage to the reception was out of order. The staff were great especially the waiter in the dining room."
