"The hotel is located right across from a beautiful beach. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained. The hotel room needs a renovation as it is obvious it's been a long time since they have done any improvements to the room we stayed in. They advertised black out curtains. Our room had no blackout curtains,just blinds that did not block out the light. We had a outside light that lit up our room all night,making it really hard to sleep.Our room also had a really old musty smell to it. We probably won't stay there again unless they make some big improvements to the rooms."

"Breakfaat was supposed to be ready at 7am, at 7:30 there was no coffee and basically nothing available besides toast/bagels/muffins. The juices were watered down. The front desk indicated that the breakfast guy didn’t show up for work so they were scrambling to get breakfast ready. We had to be somewhere so had to leave and buy breakfast out. Otherwise the hotel was nice and clean."

"We arrived on a Saturday and the pool was closed. Upon arriving for check-in around 4:30 we were told our room wasn’t ready. Check-in is at 4. Shortly after, a manger arrived and gave us a different room that was ready. The location is great if the beach is your goal, really beautiful and not far from Nubble Lighthouse; 2 miles to downtown. There is no elevator so keep that in mind for travelers who need one."
