"Older lady at the front desk is treated my wife badly,would not let her check in without me being there,which ive NEVER hadvan issue with at ANY other hotel, including the Waldorf ! Had to leave my new job to go handle this !! She was condescending, and actually had the gall to ask me if it was ok to list MY WIFE on the reservation!! Seriously?? Never again "

"The first thing I noticed was the friendly greeting. The next thing I noticed was how clean it was.I really enjoyed the fresh smell of the hand and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The bearkfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Check out was fast and courteous. We would use them the next time we stay in this area."

"This was the cutest bed & breakfast!! The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming! It's perfectly in between a few small towns that have all kinds of great things to do! The room was very clean and the parking was simple. Plus, great mountain canyon views for breakfast every morning, that is brought directly to your room door."

"Parking was awful. Had to park In The garage then walk a block in the road with luggage and no sidewalk late at night in sketchy part of town Asked staff where the ice machine was and couldn’t tell me where it was. Light bulb went out in room Bathroom was so dark couldn’t see anything "

"Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer."
