"We had to move rooms after we found food in the fridge. Breakfast not great. It was Ok for overnight stay. If you are charging for pet a clean room is expected."

"Excellent stay overall. Rooms are clean and well appointed with jetti tubs separate shower, coffee maker and fridge. Beautiful river views on backside of resort. Made to border breakfast menu had many upscale choices and delivered two room in the morning. Love the hot chai lattee that came with my breakfast. Beds are comfortable. HVAC system is unique, make sure you read one page guide they give you at checkin. "

"I am moving across country. Very inviting, the lobby is beautiful with a fireplace. Nice pool. Close to downtown and lots of good restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend."

"Room was clean, free breakfast is included with the stay and there is a great little garden towards the back of the property. Really nice for a morning walk."

"The overall unit was half crap cleaned. They weren’t disgusting, but most surfaces had a film or dust all over them. It felt like a kid cleaned it. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them. It was a no smoking room. The mini fridge didn’t work. The WiFi stopped working completely during our stay and didn’t work for the remainder of it. Staff were very friendly. Overall it wasn’t horrible but it isn’t as nice and clean as the pictures show. "

"When I arrived at 10:00 pm there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. I called the hotel trying to get someone’s attention. Finally, two employees came out of a managers office together, like maybe they had taken their break together. Didn’t apologize or ask if we had waited long. The hotel was fine, service meh. "
