Although the hotel shows signs of its age and former grandeur, it still retains a sense of classic elegance that adds charm to the stay. What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs despite the language barrier. Every request was handled with care and professionalism. A special mention goes to Miss Tomoko Hasebe from the concierge team, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her dedication and thoughtful support made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. We also enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor during our stay. Overall, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel may be a little older, but it delivers traditional hospitality at its finest. We would gladly stay again. "
