和室に宿泊しました。 建物の老朽化が気になるところはありましたが、清掃が行き届いていて清潔感を感じたのでまったく不満はなく、気持ちよく眠ることが出来ました。 大浴場やラウンジはリニューアルされていて、おしゃれで落ち着いた素敵な雰囲気でした。 フロントやレストランをはじめ、スタッフの方がみなさんとても親切で受け答えも丁寧にしていただき、大変満足に宿泊できました。 また是非利用させていただきたいです。

子連れに優しいスタッフさんたちのおかげで安心して楽しく過ごすことができました。施設は古いところはあるものの清掃されており、困ることはありません。特に子どもはプールに大喜びでした！ 混雑していたラウンジは利用しませんでしたが、レイクビューのお部屋でのんびり琵琶湖を眺めるだけの時間にとても癒されました。徒歩圏内に公園や観光地もあり、快適でした。
