The room could have been cleaned a little better. The sink and bathtub was not cleaned enough for travelers coming to visit the establishment. The drapes were also dirty. The staff was excellent with their customer service. The parking and the balcony scenery was excellent.

Honestly, they do the best they can there front staff the day we checked in and the day that we left were exceptional very attentive, very nice and courteous very professional. The only thing I don’t really care for is staying at hotels where they allow dogs to stay constant smell of wet dog and accidents here and there, but the staff was very punctual in terms of cleaning up messes that were left behind by a dog owners all in all it’s a decent place to stay for the price.

For the price and location in ocean city, its a good deal. Ocean view rooms how a nice view of the sunrise. Some staff members show incredibly hospitality, but some seem like they could use a course in customer service, meaning, there is a nice way to te someone you can accommodate their request without coming off hostile or standoffish. Second trip back I would come again.

Good value. Clean and safe. The pool is only 3ft at the deepest. The bar and restaurant are adjacent and easily accessed but took forever to get a drink since it operates more as a standalone establishment. Good location. Arrival, the room looked clean. But I always clean my rooms when I come into any hotel. The room was not actually clean and the floors were extremely dirty. On the third day we had the maid come in and clean. She literally came, got the trash, made the bed, sweeper and left. She did not mop and she did not clean the bathroom. The pool was only 3 feet. And the free breakfast was really continental. Other than them not cleaning the rooms properly, overall they are in a great location to everything and only a block away from the beach which was a plus.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty, and there was sand everywhere throughout our room. It did not feel like it had been properly cleaned before we arrived. We also did not realize when booking that this was a pet-friendly hotel. We did not have a dog with us, and had we known how pet-friendly the property was, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. Between the cleanliness, the amount of sand, and the overall condition of the room, we were very uncomfortable. For the price, we expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. The only positive thing was the Ocean 13 restaurant attached to the hotel, which was amazing with cleanliness, food, and staff service.

A great location. Like the covered parking. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The greatest concern was the morning breakfast. There was one young lady responsible for managing the breakfast. One person cannot maintain the area and replenish food items with the large number of guests. Also- there needs to be some guidelines for dining at breakfast. People not wearing shoes - bare feet- Gross. And get dressed before coming to breakfast. Pajamas aren’t cute Finally- a staffing and manpower concern again. There needs to be more human capital to maintain the property. Someone outside picking up trash, and the stairwells need attention. Little things bring people back.

It’s pet friendly which is great if you’re brining your well trained pet but not all pets are trained. I got stuck next to a room with a pet who would not stop barking like all day the poor pup was crying and barking which would make other dogs on the floor bark back. Also do not get a room by the elevator. You will hear everything. Other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the small gym was a nice bonus, and I loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. My only concern was the odor on the third floor where we stayed. The hallway had a strong dog smell throughout our stay. I'm a dog owner myself and have an 89-pound Labrador, so I understand that pet-friendly hotels accommodate animals, but the odor was noticeable. It might be helpful to designate specific pet-friendly floors or areas to help minimize this issue for guests. Other than that, everything was good and I enjoyed my stay.

Cabinets and microwave in room were dirty. Fridge was not cold and not secured. Staff was very friendly and helpful and fixed both issues. Also had to ask for the linens for the pull out couch but didn’t open bed until late at night to make the bed and there were no pillows. Breakfast selection was just okay.
