The staff was extremely accommodating. The view was beautiful and there was always parking available. Being a short walk to the boardwalk and an even shorter walk to the beach was wonderful. Not to mention if you get extremely sunburned like my fiancée you can wait until 3pm and still swim outside in the pool when it’s shaded! It is also very family friendly and handicap accessible!

We booked a last minute trip to OCMD. This inn is a no frills stay that had availability for the days we needed with short notice. There was trash behind the dresser and no tp upon our entering. Staff was helpful in giving us a few rolls whne asked. Parking was easy. Balcony had a decent enough view of the ocean with nonprocacy between rooms. Would maybe stay here again in similar situation.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable . Air conditioning perfect. The view & balcony were wonderful. The staff efficient & friendly. Basic continental breakfast. Waffles, bagels, cereal & muffins. The pools were maintained throughout the day. You can tell it’s an older building but it was clean & maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

For the price can’t really ask a lot it was ok just a few bump at the check in , for some reason there where having a lot issues with room and guest moving rooms and paying for extra day , come to find out the room I was supposed to stay the person before me pay for a extra night , so when I went to my supposed room there where ppl there . That was a problem, but the stuff fix the issue right way , like I said I think there was a issue with there system and my luck I walk in to it because they said I wasn’t the only that day ,, after that the stay was decent inside pool was nice specially for the kids breakfast was a plus specially if you traveling with little ones

The car stays parked the whole time we're there as we walk up two blocks to Happy Jack's and just across the street to Coins for dinner. ALL staff seem to be always smiling and any requests/greetings are met with almost immediate response to our needs. The surrounding area entire parking was always clean. Breakfast buffet had excellent coffee (which isn't always the case for our other locations we've tried). Quality Inn Beachfront is now our favorite place at OC, Maryland. We were welcomed with open arms and left with great memories. Our only suggestion would be to have more fresh fruit which didn't include just oranges and apples - bananas would be welcomed. Finally, it was quiet and conveyed well to all nationalities and personalities.

We had no maid service, but was told upon checkout there is no maid service for only 3 nights. We had zero hot water, regardless of time of day. We were lucky to get 1 channel on the TV (discovery channel), the rest buffered constantly or wouldn't come on at all. The AC was set at 62 which would have been pretty cold, but it was almost completely blocked by the tv/dresser. I assume it was because we were in the older building, which wasn't made clear at booking. Breakfast was adequate, the pool (at the other building) was nice. The new building had a fantastic ocean view. The walk to boardwalk was nice, but we needed the bus to go home. We made the most of it, but remember to ask to stay in the "newer" building.

The inside pool was a bonus due to inclement weather, the room for the most part was clean, the bathroom needs some attention, soap dispenser fell off the wall prior to our arrival and was sitting on bathroom sink, the toilet was loose and not firmly attached to the floor, the bathroom needs a place to hang wet bathing suits and towels after returning from the pool or beach, the outside spicket was not turned on to wash feet off(although it was early in the season) all in all i would recommend and will stay again if we return to ocean city

Here’s a firmer version that’s still professional and appropriate for a public review: I was disappointed with my stay at Quality Inn in Ocean City. While the outside of the property is clean and gives a good first impression, the interior is a different story. The hotel is outdated and appears to have been poorly maintained. There was noticeable buildup and residue throughout the room, and the bathrooms, beds, air vents, and other surfaces were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The pools were also not well maintained and did not appear clean enough to enjoy. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and unfortunately this property fell well below expectations. With better housekeeping, routine deep cleaning, and updated facilities, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again until significant improvements are made. This version is direct, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by both management and future guests.
