"Por motivos de cancelación de vuelo, tuvimos que llegar un día después por la mañana, a las 9:30 h, al incluir desayuno y ya haber pagado esa noche, nos correspondía el desayuno que refieren incluye, sin embargo, nos dijeron que hasta la siguiente mañana podríamos acceder al mismo, no estaba prendido el boiler por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar a algún empleado, el cual fue muy amable, sin embargo, por la tarde no había nadie en la propiedad. "Great Hotel! Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service. Definitely coming back and recommending this hotel. "

"There are two sister properties being advertised . one is “in town“ the other a little way out of town needing either your own transport or to make use of the hotel shuttle bus. The management were very eager to please and we never have any difficulty with the shuttle but some folk may find it easier to be in town. Overall, the owners/manager were very helpful And we would recommend the property"
