Not the luxury hotel it's cracked up to be. Staff pretty disinterested. Pillows, come on seriously ? Lobby and restaurant building is nice. Would recommend other options in Creel especially with the premium you pay to stay there. It's very average.

It was beautiful and serene. Welcoming staff and the food was amazing. They even have their own brewery. Totally exceeded my expectations. I have a 12 year old with Autism and he loved it. My mom is 72 and was able to get around no Problems with her fibromyalgia. Very family friendly and kid friendly. Can’t wait to book our family trip for next year.

The hotel was very nice but pricey in comparison. No WiFi, that was disappointing. They should have complimentary shuttle service to the two mile train-bus stop/town but they charge. Customer service could be better, not very friendly. You are paying for the LOCATION it has amazing views

Todo bien. Lo univo el personal no es tan amable, usamos el area de asador y nos dijeron que tenia un costo extra de 700 a 1500 pesos, les dijimos ok no hay problema, pero su respuesta fue que ya estaba reservada y no la podiamos usar ya que tenian reservavada para las 8 pm, nosotros la usariamos de 2 a 5 pm ero aun asi no quisieron.

We had a lovely stay here, its closely the downtown to go walk around and do some shopping. The hotel has a great restaurant that offers delicious pizza and artisanal beer that's made right on the property. Definitely would stay here again!
