"One of the 2 elevators was broken. No sign anywhere. The wait for the ONE elevator was so long, but with suitcases, it must be done in my case. Otherwise, when I didn't have suitcases, I used the stairs. My room was on the 4th floor. There should have been a sign on the elevator doors in the lobby ..."
