"The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent. Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis. "

"We stayed at Resort Schrofenblick in the Penken Apartment (3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything in the apartment is top quality. From the moment you enter, you notice the attention to detail. Starting with the Nuki Smart Lock at the entrance, which was very convenient. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bora cooker, Bosch oven and dishwasher, and even very heavy, high-quality pans (likely cast iron), which really shows that nothing was chosen cheaply. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very pleasant to use. Overall, the apartment felt premium, well thought out, and perfectly maintained. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back, and next time we plan to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a relaxing stay in Austria."

"The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. "

"Wonderful hotel with a family room for 5 people. Great staff and swrvice. The breakfast was a delicious huge buffet. Highly recommend. "

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. It was also near to super market and McDonalds for any quick grabs. The only downsides were slight infestation around some corners especially in bathrooms and broken sink drain stopper in the main bathroom. Additionally, it would be nice to also clearly label laundry basket. All in all, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and don’t hesitate to stay again in future."
