"Had a very long wait for breakfast to be served..
Arrived at dinning room 9.15am , no option to serve yourself to cereal and waited over 15mins for them to bring a boxed cereal of our choice. Then after taking our hot breakfast choice it finally got served at 10.30am. rather disappointing.
Also car parking is very limited at hotel "
"Really lovely welcome by the Reception staff and general manager. The hotel was undertaking some work, and recently had work completed. Fantastic views, lovely staff, great food, highly recommend. "
"Modern refit. Shower cubicle was fine for the smaller person. Tunnocks teacakes was a nice treat on the tea/coffee tray. Room 101 is at the back above the car park and night access door so be prepared for the noise."

we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry)
i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls.
my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of the bill that "this is not a VAT invoice but your VAT number is included in your footer.
is this an error on your part or have i missed this.
