No cuenta con estacionamiento. En la descripción indica que sí. Y si lo requieres se tiene que pagar una pensión alejada. Te hacen leer el reglamento antes de darte acceso, un punto de su reglamento es que no se permiten ruidos excesivos después de 10 pm. Los ruidos excesivos, música y uso de alberca fueron hasta después de media noche. Imposible descansar. Le señalan a mi acompañante que tiene que pagar seiscientos pesos de una toalla por que tenía tinte de cabello. La acompañante exigió un comprobante del cobro excesivo. No sé lo mostraron. En general es un hotel que Expedia no debería recomendar . Se pide una almohada adicional, se niegan. Repito. Es un hotel incómodo y con muy mala atención. No sé le niega al gerente el pago de la prenda supuestamente dañada (y había varias de otros huéspedes) solo que muestre los comprobantes y o justificación del cobro excesivo. Vaya! Es tinte de cabello, no fue intencional. Esperamos la justificación de gerencia al respecto para pagarle.

En primera , la persona que nos atendió se vio algo indiferente cuando nosotros por querer conseguir un mejor precio reservamos nuestra habitación en línea y eso parece que le molestó , también elegimos este hotel por que justo buscábamos con estacionamiento pero nos dijo que ya no había espacio y que lo estacionaramos en la calle o pagar , ¿por qué ofrecen algo y no lo cumplen? La habitación muy pequeña y el baño la verdad cuando llegamos olía desagradable, aparte la regadera está justo arriba del inodoro , eso la verdad me incomodó mucho , además cuando desperté la mañana siguiente me salieron piquetes.

Cuando salimos del hotel, nos percatamos que el cofre del auto estaba abierto, lo habíamos dejado en su estacionamiento. Al continuar el camino y parar, el carro no arrancaba y nos dimos cuenta que habían cambiado la batería (dejaron flojos los tornillos)
