"Was a little misleading at first getting king suite cuz they put us on first floor and the view is definitely partial ocean from there. I did express concerns and they did fix it. We would 100 percent come back "

"The lobby is beautiful and the pool and the pool staff are wonderful. That’s where it ends. The room was fine. We went onto the balcony and the sliding door got stuck open. Tried to eat at the Playa beach bar and grill, sat for 25 min missing a menu and no water or waiter to be found. Finally got a waitress, asked do water and an appetizer. Never got the water and the appetizer came overcooked and burned. Tried to eat the appetizer, waited for another 15 min, still no water or service. We decided to leave $20 on the table for our appetizer and walked out and door dashed dinner. We were only there for one night, so there was no room for the hotel or at staff to redeem themselves. Super unfortunate, I would definitely not go back or recommended to anyone. "

"Had a great stay at Hilton Beach House Fort Lauderdale. The property was very clean, and the staff was excellent throughout. Special recognition to Mario and Franco on the beach—they work extremely hard and made the experience even better. Thank you for the outstanding service."

"Excellent room, service from.the front desk to the bar staff to the bell hops was amazing. The in house steak&seafood restaurant was very good and the service was great. My only suggestion would be since there is a dedicated kids pool maybe those under 16 should not be in the pool by the bar. There was a lot of jumping and splashing and I was hit by balls they were throwing around twice."

"The room was clean and spacious but housekeeping only came every other day. The front desk and hospitality crew did a fantastic job getting you checked in and making sure all your questions got answered. Both pool and beach were clean and easily accessible."
