"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."

"This hotel is terrible. The outside is in the worst location I've stayed at - the hotel sits across from a small airport which is no big deal except for the seeming endless barbed-wire fence that surround the airport which make the hotel feel like it is in a prison. The room was refreshed, however the workmanship was awful. The worst part was the room was not clean. Surface clean perhaps but their was a lingering smell that would not leave. I expected more from the Hampton Inn. Due to an event in town the rates were doubled and this made the quality of the room not in line with the price charged on that day. I actually checked out and requested a refund due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Very unfortunate indeed. The quality of hotels in American has fallen dramatically. "

"The room was clean however not in the best condition. The headboard on the bed was peeling leaving black flakes all over the bed and the foot stool was peeling as well. We were there for a wrestling tournament but a lot of the kids were running wild throughout the halls and up and down the elevators and breakfast was ok. Cereal/oatmeal/eggs/waffles/ muffin/scone/bagel/yogurt. I was disappointed that they ran out of milk. And no microwave in the room. All of the ice machines on all three floors were either out of ice or broken. Other than that it was ok."

"Hotel was beautiful - new and fresh! Breakfast was disappointing. Two of the three hot trays were empty - only sausage available. The pancake machine had no batter. No pastries. I had to use coffee cup for a glass of water."

"The Internet doesn't work. I was able to get Baymont Internet every so often. Because it would keep kicking me off. But everything else was excellent!! "

"Security: Fire alarms went off a couple of times, no communication from management. Overall: clean, comfortable, courtious, convenient for our meetings."
