The room was very nice. But trying to go swimming was a big disappointment. We purchased this hotel for the purpose of the pool. But it wasn't worth risking my child's safety to go swimming. A lot of unattended children in the pool and my child left crying due to having to leave the pool area. We had to leave because the other children were running my kids over and knocking into my child while he was on the stairs.

Property needs maintenance. Exterior of property badly needs attention, waist high weeds growing in landscaping and around hotel sign. The place looks rough on the outside!!

The room was in average condition. The range was covered in dirt and grease. We didn’t have any bath towels in our room. We had two hand towels and two washcloths. We weren’t there very long and probably will not return.

Nice hotel with poor service

Nice property with comfortable well laid out rooms. Tons of storage space. Staff however need some training. Very few times did we see front desk staff, and they actively refused to clean the room on a multi night stay. We have always trusted the Marriott brand to provide a good product and great service, unfortunately we received poor service at this property.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The price is good for a suite, and everything worked The property needs to upgrades to rooms and furniture are dated and The televisions are old and small The outside grounds and entrance don't look very inviting. Needed sweeping, no plants. Furniture old and worn, windows and doors needed cleaning Smoking from staff and others should have to be done somewhere else other than the main entrance. Staff should have to wear uniforms, so they are readily identifiable.

Overall would only rate the hotel as average. Several things we expected to find provided were not, such as an ice bucket, laundry bag, cups. Placement of television was very awkward. All in all, quite disappointing.

Stayed in a suite for 3 nights and house cleaning did not come once. Had to ask for towels every night because they weren’t replaced. Room wasn’t necessarily ‘dirty’ but wasn’t squeaky clean. Pull out couch was very thin. Staff was pleasant, but did not go out of their way.

Not too impressed but it was okay. They dont do full cleaning everyday. Its always every other day unless you make a request for it to be done everyday. Otherwise its just taking garbage out everyday. The renovation is overdue for sure! The spring bed was almost broken but I survived! Kitchen was fully operational which is what I needed the most. Both Elevators were out of the service for the whole week and im sure they still have mot fixed them yet! I specifically looked for bwd bugs did not find any to my surprise otherwise it would have been a disaster and I would have checked out immediately. Can not rule out checking for bed bugs given its current condition.

Overall great stay. When I arrived to this location after I booked through Expedia for better rates I had learned right away when checking in that their system hard drive was severely corrupted.tge place was nice staff was nice even though I had to deal with 3 different inconvent issues, I understand that they were dealing with a complete system crash the three days I booked. I don't hold this against them but had to deal with it. I ended up staying a extra night I spoke with management to drip a flawed charge also they didn't charge me the extra night.profeshionalness of the situation could have been more transport but again it seemed like they were dealing with a huge system corruption. Also it was very clean but I will note that this location has a kitchen the rooms, everything was clean but Everytime you walked in it smelled like musky mildew obviously from the kitchen.

When I checked in, I had to fill out a paper form because their computer system was down. This included my credit card info and PIN. I was told the system would be down about an hour, after which they would shred the form I filled out. When I checked out the following morning, they still had the form in a stack, unsecured. If my credit card info has been stolen, I’ll know the origin. This is sloppy hotel management. You took me back to the ‘70s, Marriott. You’ve lost a customer.
