"Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Other than that, I have no positives. The pool and workout room were both out of order. The property is very old and in bad need of an update. Carpets are stained, bathtubs rusty, lamps rusty. Breakfast has a coffee pot, waffle maker, cereal, and apples/bananas, that's it. The only reason we stayed is that it's the only hotel around, and we needed to stay in this area. Would not stay here again."

"I did not get to make it to my stay because of a medical emergency and was not able to cancel in time so I was charged anyway. I am not sure about cleanliness or staff."

"I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around,etc as of viruses and germs. "

"Breakfast was simple and fresh. Parking was great, was ables to park in front of out room window and door access was convenient. Staff was friendly and polite. We will be staying there again. "
