"There were bugs in the shower. Soap in the shower was empty. The whole hotel smelt like cury."

"1st the door battery went out and they had to use a machine to get me back into my room. Then they moved me a few doors down to another room, bug bug bug! The first night I didn't notice (was very tired) then next night I noticed tons of little roaches coming out of gaps in the baseboards in the bathroom. Next morning I checked out (I didn't sleep the whole night) I didn't say anything they had to know they have bugs. I went down the street to a Waltham Days Inn to finish my stay in the area. Also the breakfast was a joke, puck looking eggs one morning & hard French toast, this morning fresh fruit (apples & bananas) bread or cereal with sketchy milk. I had a bagel and a banana ... zero proteins"

"When I first arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes to be waited on due to the desk manager working on something in another room. When I arrived to my room I found a little trash, beer bottle caps by the window , when utilizing the sink in the rest room the water went through the pipes to the floor, the refrigerator was cool (not cold at all) and was leaking water. I called the front desk and reported it, he stated he could move me to another room, I said no we have already unpacked and just need it fixed. He came up and looked at both and saw the light around the mirror of the sink was out as well and nothing was changed, refrigerator was still leaking and the sink was still leaking as well. Overall, the room was clean as well as the rest room. You would think something would have been knocked off the hotel price, but it wasn’t. I was very disappointed."

"The lobby was nice and the staff was great - other than one desk employee not following through with making sure our room was cleaned when I asked for it to be. We had the unfortunate luck of a dirty bathroom (I'm talking urine on the walls and toilet) and a door that wouldn't deadbolt (my mother was extremely concerned) and couldn't get anyone to take care of it. One person said it would be taken care of the first night (well, the next morning - we were too wiped out to wait for anything when we finally got in that night) and after the room wasn't serviced or bathroom cleaned the next day (after 4:30pm), I asked again but housekeeping had left for the day...the desk agent said he'd take care of it and he did replace the towels and clean up some of the urine, but still.....quite the disappointment since this is always where we stay in Eunice and where I recommend friends and relatives to stay when they go...guess I'll need some new alternatives..."
