"My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton to go see Hamilton in the state was amazing amazing. The hotel is located in a great spot walkable to just about anything friendly staff very attentive. I will be coming back."

"the room had cobwebs, the shower would leak water everywhere. plus there was only one bathrobe when we put the room was for 2. the phone in the room did not work so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone about the tv not working either. turns out someone cut off the google cast wire from the tv so that’s why our tv wasn’t working at all."

"I recently stayed at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park for four nights, and to be honest, I expected more from a Fairmont property. While the beds were comfortable and allowed for good rest, the overall condition of the room felt outdated and somewhat neglected. The hotel does not reflect the level of quality and attention to detail that one associates with the Fairmont brand. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations, especially considering the reputation of the brand. With some renovation and better upkeep, this property could significantly improve."

"Great rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve had in a US hotel in a while. I do wish they would just make regular chocolate chip cookies though stop adding nuts. I really love the warm chocolate chip cookies from the Doubletree."
