"I was greeted with bugs inside the sink when we first arrived, fridge wasn’t working and rotten our food, maintenance guy walked in our room to check on the fridge next day not knowing they switched out the night before. Unprofessional! Rooms need new pillows! Our pillows were worn out! Hand soap, lotion, gel, shampoo and conditioner was half empty when we arrived. Very poor! Get it together! This used to be my favorite hotel not no more."

"Great price for a beachfront Waikiki hotel, the parking is a little costly, but the valet crew is pretty fast once you text them. The breakfast at the coconut club is a great deal and has an awesome view. The room was decent. One thing to note is that my room had a constant whistle from the wind blowing, with the sliding door closed. A little irritating at times and the first time I’ve experienced anything like it at a Waikiki hotel."

"Visited this hotel as a family of four and stayed in an 2 bedroom suite. We loved the free breakfasts in the mornings, this was very helpful for us on a trip to Oahu! Overall, the food was good and the omelettes were really good. The breakfast staff were friendly and we looked forward to seeing them in the mornings. The rooms were clean and TVs were easy to use and the WiFi was stable. The ABC Store is right across the street which was convenient. The beach is a couple blocks from the hotel. We had a city view room but still had a decent view of the ocean from the balconies. Our only complaint was that we had to keep asking for clean towels but housekeeping would bring them pretty quickly. Other than that, no other complaints. Check in was smooth and all amenities well explained. The valet parking was a little pricey but the valet were quick and would open our doors upon each arrival and departure. Would stay here again if fortunate enough to visit Honolulu in the future."
