Academy Plaza Hotel

Academy Plaza Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Really liked this hotel, a great, affordable option in the heart of Dublin. Right off the main drag, the hotel is quiet but still within walking distance of the centre. Staff were very helpful and there was always plenty of them to help. The hotel was modern and spotless, rooms were very well kept with tea and coffee facilities as well. There was a large seating area as well as a bar/restaurant and coffee shop on site. Really loved this hotel, got it for a decent price whilst attending an event at Croke Park, highly recommend!"

Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre

Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre

8/10 Good
"Good location, away from the main attractions but close enough that you could walk or take transit to them. We chose it because Europcar was just down the street and the Dublin Express bus to the airport was just a couple of blocks away. Our room had a nice view of the River Liffey and the replica of the Jeanie Johnston. The hotel was nice and the room clean and comfortable but the products in the shower were empty when we arrived and the room had a loud banging sound that went on for 15 or 20 minutes after flushing the toilet which was annoying in the middle of the night. We didn't get to a concert but the 3Arena is just a 15 min walk down the road."
