"I want to go back!!! I do believe this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. So many details seemed to be taken care of each day. Our plan was to not leave the hotel, as we really just wanted to relax for a couple days. The area around the hotel is fine with a few shops but really, why leave the resort? Next time I am in Bali, we will stay longer!"

"We got got the garden view villa. It is nice but not as big and spacious as the pool view. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones "

"Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom "
