We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."
