Literally the friendliest people on earth. Absolutely stunning resort and chef A. Cooked some delicious cuisine. Views of the rice terraces were spectacular and a huge perk was the 5-7 min walk to the 2 most beautiful waterfalls.

Amazingly brilliant resort, very big, we stayedin the Palace section. Staff were excellent and very polite and helpful. Food was also excellent inc breakfast. Club lounge was brilliant and worth the extra when we booked.

Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers.

The staff are great. We had a few room issues and it was sorted which I appreciated. However it was not really something that should occur in a hotel such as this. We were given a great upgrade but if that had not been offered I am unsure how I would feel about the resort. We had a blocked toilet and no hot water for the bath. I will state that one of the staff offered an upgrade after I explained my frustration. Other than that staff wonderful room very clean and well equipped.

Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time. Thank you already looking to book again with our extended family next time. The Ayodya Palace provided exceptional service. All of the staff who provided a service to us were professional, kind, attentive and friendly. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we were given one of the best rooms and they also decorated the room on our arrival. The rooms were serviced daily and often twice a day. The main resort itself was huge and maintained a Balinese feel. There were ample restaurants and facilities. The food in the Indian restaurant and the Waterfall A La Carte were both extremely good. The only negative feedback is the poor condition of the decking around the Palace pool area. It is in desperate need of replacement, and we believe this is due to occur although not sure when. This did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel and we will not hesitate to return. We had a fabulous time staying at the Palace and look forward to when we can go back!

This resort is next level. The lounge is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I felt welcome and well cared-for. We definitely want to come back again soon. Our stay before our cruise leaving from the Benoa port was too short! The grounds of the resort are super well kept and stunning. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay and this property. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.

This was a return visit to the Palace wing of Ayodya resort. So, we basically knew what to expect. However, things have changed in the last 12 months since we last visited. The additional 'club' breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dining options have definitely been upgraded, and were appreciated. Many of the Palace staff were pleasantly familiar to us, as we were to them, with warm greetings all around.
