We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them. Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle and relaxing for a few hours. This hotel really provides for its guests and hope to return.

Hotel and rooms were lovely. Drinks were on expensive side. Restaurants good, although steak restaurant is an expensive night Asian restaurant was great. Spa also very pricey and also thought too many requests for feedback, becomes a little irritating. Check your bill thoroughly. Be sure what you have already paid. We were charged for our steak restaurant night twice but I had evidence of payment.

Beautiful resort - felt brand new, very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious, well stocked with water and toiletries, comfortable beds and especially quiet! The restaurant served delicious food. The spa was beautiful and relaxing (Gustarini & Sri Rahayu were very experienced). Staff were exceptional especially Jordy in the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

The facilities are world class. The staff are incredible. Our room was stunning. Best decor I’ve seen In a very long time. I cannot fault the resort. The New Year’s Eve celebrations were amazing. We highly recommend the resort for anyone looking for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP guest Plenty of pools and seats by the pool and day beds to relax on The pool staff are great and always happy to oblige with a drink or towel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in my travels in Asia. The chefs are to be congratulated on the quality and variety of food options each day. The juice bar is excellent. Large spacious rooms and large TV No Netflix or chrome cast Free water in room and no issue asking for extra bottles. Beach shuttle The Chinese restaurant onsite was open for breakfast also which we utilised a few days It’s about 5 mins drive to the beach We will definitely come back here again Late checkout requested and received thankyou x

Mostly good

The hotel its very nice. Staff very very good, they would do anything to make your staying pleasant. In the restaurant they charge tax 11% and service 10%. Thats ok but i didn't like that also they ask if you want to tip. Service = tip just to be clear. I understand the salaries are small for the waitresses but the hotel are charging the prices like in Europe and for sure they can offer similar salaries to the employee instead to ask the clients to pay for it. Just my opinion.

All of the staff greet you with such warmth and kindness no matter how busy they are/ seem. This was a real standout for our holiday. The facilities were great, the breakfast is 2nd to none and was absolutely delicious, the 4 restaurants were also fantastic for dinner as well, so there is no need to leave if you didn't want to, but I keep coming back to the staff as the reason for making this holiday the best holiday we have ever had.

The hotel is clean and staff were good but the property quite far from everything, the only way out is by their hotel shuttle which leaves every hour or by grab.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt für einen Pool/Strandurlaub. 1. Zimmer/Anlage Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Man hat eine Klimaanlage die man selbst steuern und einstellen kann. Das "Badezimmer" wird mit einem Vorhang vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Die Toilette und Dusche sind allerdings jeweils verglast. Es wird kostenlos 4 Flaschen trinkwasser pro Tag bereitgestellt. Auf der Anlage gibt es keinen Geldautomaten. 2. Service Hotel Der Hotelservice war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an den Pools waren auf den liegen immer frische Handtücher. 3. Restaurants Es existieren 4 Restaurants direkt am Hotelkomplex. Alle 4 sind sehr modern/schick eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kommen aber meiner Meinung nach nicht über ein "gut" hinaus. Was positiv hervozuheben ist, ist das Frühstück. Das bietet eine gigantische Auswahl. Leckeres Brot, selbstgemachte Marmerlade, frische Pancakes/Waffeln/Omlette, Asiatisches. Alles was man will. Die Frühstücksterasse ist mit dem Wasserfall und den Palmen auch wirklich sehenswert. 4. Pools Es gibt hier 4 wunderschöne Pools und wirklich jede menge Liegemöglichkeiten. 3 Normale und 1 Kinderbecken. Das Einzige was hier noch potential zu Verbesserung hätte wäre die Aufteilung ... es wäre wirklich super wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene geben könnte. An dem dann einfach etwas Ruhe ist. 5. Umgebung Der Shuttle ist super und pendetl zwischen der Bali Collection (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten)
