We were upgraded and registered quickly upon arrival which was very nice, since we arrived past midnight.
Staff were all very kind and accommodating gluten and dairy free options. Breathtaking location and resort, with Balinese and modern decor, multiple pools at the beach and shaded trees with hammocks at the beach. Nicest resort and beach location along Nusa Dua strip.

The staff, pools, beach and all facilities were wonderful. We were also amazed by the breakfast - so many options and the clear labelling for dietary needs was a great point of difference. Note that the property is currently under renovation but the noise was kept to a minimum.
The condition of the rooms in the area I was in showed definite signs of age and wear but hopefully they'll be renovated soon.

Beautiful and huge property, the grounds are very well-maintained, staff all friendly. Breakfast a good spread and good options of restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, we had a balcony facing the garden and pond.

I will return to Bali and I will stay here again. Beautiful, clean, attentive friendly service. Excellent food and entertainment. Spotless pools and clean beach, all with food service. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Massage at the spa was flawless. There is so much happening here that there is no reason to leave. I have no idea what the rest of Bali is like! All my needs and desires were met with a smile.
