オーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊。 親切丁寧でにこやかなスタッフ、素敵な部屋、美しい景色、すべてに癒されました。 バリのビーチは入るよりも眺める方が綺麗だと思うので、プールサイドでカクテル片手に海を眺められるのは最高でした。 和食が美味し過ぎて何度も通いました。 最高のホリデーをありがとう！

The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Will stay again - actually we had family staying nearby and they have decided to book this hotel next time instead of their own.

We loved our stay at Hotel Nikko. Rooms were very clean and spacious, pool was the highlight. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. Surrounding restaurants, cafes and massage salons were all close and great.

チェックインが夜遅く1階の部屋になったが家具もチープ、部屋の変更をお願いして、2階に変更してもらいました。同じデラックスガーデンビューでこんなに違うのかと感じました。変更は心良く対応してもらえたので満足です。SPAのサービス、クオリティは不満。クーラーも効きすぎて寒く、マッサージも良くなかった。改善を望む。 併設レストラン、朝食も美味しく、まわりにレストランもたくさんあり、行ったお店も美味しかったです。 リゾートホテルとしてはリーズナブルで良い雰囲気です。

PM2時チェックインでホテルに2時半に到着したのですが部屋に案内されたのが3時半でした。 ウェルカムドリンクありになっていたのですがドリンクも出ず他のお客さんは出ていたのを見てかなり気分悪くなりました。 その後はとても快適でした。 チェックイン時だけは最悪でした。

Lovely attentive staff, beautiful hotel with freshly renovated pool. We loved our stay here. Particularly loved the Japanese and Italian restaurants within the hotel. Rooms are quite tired and could use a refresh, but the beds were so comfortable. Slept like a log every night! We would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting. Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat. Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed. The hotel though, 10 out of 10
