When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Beautiful place with fabulous styling and great facilities. Lovely peaceful and quiet. The pool was extra special. The bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen, but lots of the surfaces in the bedroom were very dusty, and although I brought it to the attention of housekeeping it wasn’t really resolved."

"This hotel was overall a good place to stay and not too expensive, so it's something I'd recommend.   Facility was nice and clean.  Plus it was convenient having a restaurant and workout room onsite as well. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels.
