Decent budget hotel. The bathroom is pretty cheap, as expected. It wasn't noisy. The main negative point is that the Aircon wasn't working (fan only, no cooling).

Hotel Review – Hôtel Première Classe Le Mans Ouest Université This hotel was chosen mainly because of the cheap price for a quick overnight stop during our road trip. The room and facilities were very basic, and the overall comfort was below our expectations. Choose a non smoking room if you don’t smoke. The room was basic with a microwave and fridge, desk, chair, bed and pod shower room. Breakfast was available and a coffee machine to hand. Staff were very nice and professional. Would stay again.

Staff helpful. Didn't have breakfast. Sink drained very slowly...probably partially clogged. Only soap dispenser didn't work. Maintenance needed! Received handicapped room (wasn't required) right above hotel entry. Disturbed until around 21:00 by people smoking and gabbing below. Also heard entry door constantly slamming. A LOT of furniture moving, children screaming...generally a noisy place.

A notre arrivée, nous découvrant un site "vieillot",besoin de rafraîchissement. Les chambres font penser à des chambres pour étudiants...Nous avous loué 2 chambres pour le retour de nos vacances. En s'installant et voulant mettre quelques denrées dans le réfrigérateur ( il y avait 2 bananes et une plaque fine et gluante d'eau car il fuyait certainement. Preuve que les frigo ne sont pas vérifies apres le departndes client. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception, en retour une réponse non digne d'un directeur..... Bref nous avons pris sur nous pour une nuit mais ne reviendront pas.

Geen werkende airco terwijl bloedheet was kwam er alleen warme lucht uit wat we ook probeerde. Bij balie hing briefje dat je geen ventilator mocht gebruiken dus was bekend dat airco niet werkte.geen internet verbinding terwijl ik nog gevraagd had omdat dit vaker gebeurd .geen douche gordijn hele vloer staat dan blank Begane grond kamer lopen mensen langs je raam en staan buiten te vertellen onder je raam.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la climatisation des chambres au vu d’un problème de santé, 2h avant notre arrivée on nous préviens qu’on aurai pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur, pas de frigo fonctionnel, nous aurions annuler et prit un autre hôtel si nous étions au courant a l’avance, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit même fenêtre ouverte qui donnait en plus sur la route. Très déçu même pas une remise sur le prix de la chambre ni petit déjeuner.

Chambre propre . personnel aimable et petit déjeuner correct et frais.Par contre la clim est une ventilation vétuste inefficace lors de grande chaleur.des lors il faut faire des choix ou mourir de chaud ou ouvrir grand la fenêtre avec le boulevard en bruit de fond et la lumière toute la nuit A revoir car autrement l ensemble reste correte dans cette gamme de prix meme si la salle de bain est un peu exiguë.

L'hôtel a été repris récemment par un monsieur vraiment adorable, motivé et plein de bonne volonté mais Rome ne s'est pas fait en un jour et il faudra un peu de temps pour améliorer et rénover certaines infrastructures qui ne dépendent pas de lui. En attendant ces travaux de rafraichissement, on peut souligner la propreté, l'accueil qui sont parfaits, même jusque tard. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et à volonté, bon point pour les yaourts délicieux et le pain extra frais. Les chambres en elles mêmes sont simples et suffisantes et si quelque chose est dommage c'est la façon dont elles ont été pensées à l'origine, donc rien à voir avec le propriétaire actuel. Comme malheureusement chaque douche inonde la chambre, un tapis de bain en sortant serait le bienvenu . A noter, présence dans la chambre d'un frigo et d'un micro-ondes qui sont vraiment une bonne idée, mais pas de plateau de courtoisie. Je recommande cet établissement qui mérite vraiment de connaître une nouvelle jeunesse et on ressent tellement l'enthousiasme de son personnel en ce sens. Bon courage et merci de votre accueil pour les deux vendéennes arrivées tardivement le 22 mai 2026. Merci et belle continuation!
