Everything was amazing other than our check in experience!! It took over 2 hours and Alejandra was not helpful at all, she had a MAJOR SUPERIORITY ATTITUDE for such a young inexperienced person! The place was amazing, the staff was very attentive and friendly. After each night our room was properly cleaned and tighten up. I would definitely come back here. Oh and the amenities they had were incredible! 10/10
