"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "El hotel es excelente, con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca a las letras de Mazatlan. Te recomiendo reservar cuarto con vista al MAR no te vas a arrepentir, vale la pena pagar un poco mas. El area de el alberca es de lo mejor con el agua calentita lo cual nos encantó, y la vista hacia el mar y el malecón es de lo mejor! El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitamos y estaba todo muy limpio. Nos sorprendió cada detalle dentro de la habitación. Todo el personal tanto de limpieza, recepción, bar y seguridad muy amables y atentos. El hotel huele riquísimo desde que ingresas. También nos entregaron el cuatro un poco antes del check in, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros porque tenemos niños. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida muy rica. Si vienes en familia te va encantar este hotel porque lo tiene todo, Definitivamente será nuestro hotel siempre que vengamos a Mazatlán."

"Our shower wouldn’t drain the first day and we were standing in inches of water. The maintenance team did fix it the next day but it’s was an unpleasant experience to start. The toilet seat was also not the right size and was not easy to open. It would pinch your legs and slide around. We requested towels multiple times and never received any. We needed up snagging them off a housekeeping cart when we saw one. We had some drinks by the pool, which was nice, but we couldn’t charge it to the room. We were told we needed to open an account with the front desk (which was never offered) but the cc machine didn’t work either. We did end up paying for it at the front desk when we checked out."
