"We were greeted at 7pm by a wonderful front desk agent who kindly booked us in for a meal. From this point onwards the staff made our stay pleasant. The only disappointment we had was that the pool that was advertised on the website was no longer at the hotel hence the 4stars for amenities."

I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning."

"Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. Slept really badly. "
