"Near several restaurants that are within walking distance. Right by Notre Dame U. The inside hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I imagine it's freaking hard to watch that, since it is a large property, and I feel like that could be filed under a guest integrity issue (we had no issue smoking outside, as the signs clearly state). Actually, we saw police rounding two times. There's plenty of am coffee options in and outside of the hotel. There's an indoor pool. Shower heads are low, although we're 5'10 and 6'3. They had a microwave and mini fridge, which is hard to find these days. I'd stay here again if I was in the area."
"We had a nice stay overall. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning on in the main areas of the hotel including the lobby and atrium where the restaurant was. We had to use room service for our meal because we didn’t want to eat and sweat at the same time. It was very much like a sauna with the temps outside near 90 degrees. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the actual hotel room. Just the other areas and hallways were very hot plus the elevators. The pool area was very warm and pool water was a mild warm bath temp a few degrees less would have been more ideal for the summer months in our opinion, so we passed on the pool option considering it was hot everywhere else but in our room.
