"Everything was great could use a little updating in bathroom but Everything else great especially the breakfast"

"It was okay. It appears that they’re still working through renovations. The pool was closed but appeared to have a new coat of paint. Building materials were still outside of it in the patio. The one elevator was broken. Our bathtub had a lamination or something over it that was ripped - and water was holding between it and the tub. It was fairly clean over all… just obviously amid repairs."

"Hotel had no WiFi "

"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks online and sees there are rooms available. We were too annoyed to argue with the front desk, so we just left."

"When we checked into our room there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair on the floor of the shower, and used soap in the soap dish. I parked in the back lot and the scanner never worked to let me in the parking lot."

"Parking was convenient and free. Loved having non-dairy milk alternatives on breakfast buffet. So well located for events at Notre Dame!"
