She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely return."

The bathroom was clean but the shower lacked pressure and it was complicated to have a shower. We didnt try the breakfast. Good location for the metro/train at Montparnasse and good soundproofing of the room."

"Nice little hotel to stay in Paris! Super friendly staff that were very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. 5 min walk to the metro station was super convenient and there are some nice boulangeries nearby to grab some local pastries! Didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that."
