"Had a wonderful 10 day stay!! It was walking distance to everything or to transportation. Room was clean and had heat/ac. Loved the heated and self flushing/cleaning toilet! Hotel had a restaurant on site and the food was amazing! The staff was super nice and helpful. Only suggestion would be to remove or deep clean stained carpet in hallway. Other than that it was awesome and would definitely stay again!"

"The Grand Mercure is a lovely hotel. This is our second stay here and likely will be our next stay the next time we return to Seoul. Our room was on the 20th floor with beautiful city views.
