We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels ...

Holiday Inn Norwich City by IHG
The room is a little tired and so is the bathroom. But the bar and reception is nice plus an added bonus- some really lovely and helpful staff 👍
