"Great hotel - avoid breakfast, buffet style not good staff struggled to keep trays topped up and what was there poor quality / cold. Who keeps the butter packets in a plastic ice cream tub, jams etc dispensed via pump. Sorry need to step up, table service for all hot / hot food and little deals would make this great."

"The hotel is well maintained with helpful staff and located in a central area for touring around the broads. The bedrooms are decent-sized and there is no noise from the nearby road."

"Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. "
