My stay at Comfort Suites was overall okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. While it wasn’t terrible, there were a few areas that needed more attention, and it didn’t feel as fresh as I expected. With a deeper, more consistent cleaning, the experience would be much more enjoyable. The space itself was decent and had good potential, but improving cleanliness would really make a big difference. I’d consider staying again, but I hope to see better upkeep next time. Staff were great!
