Did not check in, facility unsafe, want refund!

Although there was no open front desk, I refused to check in as the facility looks like the doors had been kicked in in several rooms and were patched with plywood. Photo and rreviews on the ad are deceptive. Photos are of the place but taken maybe 30+ years ago. I am surprised that hotels.com doesn't check these places before allowing them onto their site.

The stay was a total disgrace room was in terrible shape tv didn’t work furniture falling apart walls and ceiling falling apart. This place should be ashamed to rent rooms in this condition

The room we booked smelled like an ashtray and was grungy looking the next room smelled ok but the fridge was off the sink in bathroom was falling apart the mirror dirty the tv speaker didn’t go past 12 and it smelled like alcohol right outside the bedroom window

The only good thing to be said was the price. It was cheap enough. The room and bath tub were filthy. The property appeared to be on a state of disrepair. I will not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but two lamps didn't work and one looked like someone tried to rip it off the wall. The bathroom door looked like someone beat it with a hammer.

Listing for hotel said breakfast included. Breakfast services have been discontinued for some time. The listing is not accurate. Rooms smelled like cigarettes even though the front desk assured us that the hotel is non-smoking. Sheets and blankets needed a wash.

Horrble hotel with horrible customer service

We did not stay but still got charged. The hotel was disgusting and wasn't really ahotel. It was a place for homeless people that the state pays for so they have a room. Filthy and unsafe for paying guests. Please remove this hotel from your app. If should not be an option!
