"Ari at the reception desk was 5 STARS! I talked to her by phone, probably 6 months ahead of our arrival, as I had plenty of questions regarding the location, and our planned attendance of the Ryder Cup in NY. She was spot on then, and made it a point to introduce herself upon our arrival. Also, our bartender in the restaurant was extremely helpful with recommendations and service. The food was also great, as we had dinner there twice."

"Clean room. Front desk staff that checked me in was short and did not provide details about amenities. Asked him for a late check iut and he confirmed, but when I checked in the morning it had not been added to me stay. Overall good experience though. "

"Clean, quiet, with a friendly staff that is always ready to assist. House keeping is great. Wish there was a breakfast and wish the gym was not so isolated in the basement. "
